A vicious circle of disturbing thoughts clutters our mind all the time. Their persistence presence prevents our mind from being focused on a particular subject. We are hardly capable of concentrating on whatever we do for an extended period of time. Except a few, we hardly experience the 'engrossed' state of mind. Unnecessary and incoherent thoughts make an entry into our conscious and subconscious being. Meditation techniques are the ways to mop up our mind clear and make it relaxed. It is not that the meditation practitioners face no problem in their life but they know how to efficiently tackle the adversities. Meditation techniques not only bring them inner peace of mind but also help tAm  fully utilize their hidden potentialities to smash whatever problem pops up on the way
