If you are intending to retire for the night at 11 PM, eat your last meal at least 2 hours before you go to bed. Get away from eating canned food, dairy products, soda, candy and frozen prepared meals as best as you can, Also, if you have a bathroom scale, put it away, Watching your weigh can lead to anxiety and cause you to start gulping the food. Make sure you take the time a few days a week to walk or ride a bike or whatever you do for exercise. If you stay on this regimen, you will slowly take of the weight. Don't give up, it will happen.
